Current phase

The product is in initial public distribution. The repository is open source and signed builds are published via GitHub Releases.

What already works

• Local-first desktop app with workspaces, worktrees, embedded terminal and multi-provider runtime
• Public downloads for macOS and Linux via GitHub Releases
• Public repository under Apache-2.0 with usage and contribution docs

What we keep validating

Real engineering flow in the workbench, UX quality for review and persistent context, plus ongoing hardening of the public distribution and the updater.

Current distribution scope

• macOS and Linux are part of the initial public channel
• Windows isn't part of the official public release yet
• The project keeps evolving in public; stability and scope are still being refined
